Bebo - basically myspace for 10 - 20 yr olds.. actually make that 6 - 20 yr olds. Looks much better though, as they don't let their users screw the page up with crappy css templates.

okcupid.com is really cool if your into internet dating, yahoo personals sucks, match.com is cool if you wanna cough up the money, there's a few free dating websites for religious people like jdate.com (for jewish people) and a few other ones.
