www.bodybuilding.com (http://www.bodybulding.com)

As simple as that. There is no 2nd website. This site is not just for extreme fitness professionals but also has pretty much all the info you need on what products to take and combine to help achieve maximum gains, bios of people just like us who set up a plan and followed through and how they did it, information on all of the muscle groups, and even articles on motivation. This should be your ultimate resource for getting in shape.

I am currently a Kinesiology student and am pretty involved in fitness (I'm a certified personal trainer). And this is all I used at the beginning to get myself started, so I'm positive it will be helpful for all of you. If I ever had a question in the past about something I did not find on the site, I simply asked someone AT THE GYM, depending on where you go the staff, or even people training, usually know what they are talking about.

I tend to steer clear of DVD's, because unless you are doing a Richard Simmons-like cardio routine (which is the only excuse for standing in front of your TV while exercising) you should grab yourself an MP3 player, head down to your local health club, and just do it.
