undelete software required

Guys,

Just had the most annoying night, having just managed to accidently delete WHOLE file which has taken a week to download from rapidshare.

Have tried free versions of software to undelete avi files but no joy, does anyone have any advice or possibly have the registration key for winundelete, as they want a cool £27 to register me...
