I've been seduced by the shopping channel.....so now Im interested in the windsor pilates dvd....:D

Does anyone have it?

Does it work......

I only have video tapes, but the videos are for the Winsor pilates MACHINE and I don't know if those are the videos you want. But the machine is freaking awesome. I highly recommend buying one of them for one main reason: after I went from the basic workout to the intermediate workout, I was then able to satisfy my f-buddy with straight sex, whereas before I had to rely on cunnilingus to get her off. On the intermediate video there is one exercise where you do some movements with your hips and I'm pretty sure thats' what did it. Of course this is all subjective, as there could have been other reasons for the improvement, but I'm pretty sure it was this workout. Plus it really helps with my lower back pain.

Thanks for the upload. When I first started pilates I remember lasting longer in bed. I have since stopped practicing pilates and am a minute man. I hope I will be able to achieve my once long lasting results with this new system.
