using the quote keys on here

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot :D, I wanted to ask how you use the quote keys in reply to a message on SD?!

I often want to just include a small "quote" from the message and not necessarily the whole message in my reply, I often see others doing it, so can someone tell me how to, and also how to include the whole message in quote when replying.

Thanks, I've resisted asking this for a while due to the idocy, but now, ego aside, I thought I'd ask:eek: :D (seeing as I am non the wiser)

The quote with the yellow " is pressed when you want to quote more than one person. When you're finished looking for things you wish to quote, and you finally want to type, you press the regular "Quote" button.



To edit out a bit of the quote, just delete the text as you regularly would making sure to keep the Quote commands in tact.
