First of all, you have to be in a situation where the kiss could realistically happen. This means that you and the girl feel attraction towards each other, and enough comfort is built. Isolation is highly preferred (especially by the girl).
Ask her to show you her hand while you hold yours out. (Compliance test). Look at any jewellery she’s wearing and comment on them (if she’s not wearing any, comment on that). Lower your hand but keep holding hers, and immediately ask here to show you her other hand. Check out that hand for any jewellery as well and comment. Lower that hand too, and say something about the girl regarding the jewellery.
What you say depends on the girl and how you’ve been interacting with her. Most of the time a playful “You’re so cheap” with a smile/smirk on your face works great.
You’re now facing each other, holding hands. At this moment the “kiss moment” occurs, where she will realise that a kiss could happen at this point.
Maybe talk a little more if you want, then be silent and look her in the eyes. Tell her “Stop looking at me like that… Or else I might kiss you.”. Look away, then slowly look at her again. She’ll most likely be in the same position (usually puppy-eyed), which means that she wants you to kiss her so kiss her!
The only time that the kiss won’t work is when she starts doing something different when you look away (like starting to talk about a new subject) This means she doesn’t want to kiss, so don’t go in for it. Release her hands and kill the moment a bit, she’ll feel the loss.
